Free trial

Eligible plans include a 3-day free trial. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you won't be charged. Your dashboard and receipt show the exact cutoff.

Cancel a subscription

Cancel from the dashboard or by emailing [email protected] from your account address. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the current paid period.

Builds you keep after cancelling

Once a membership has run for two months (one month on Premium), the local apps download a signed offline licence. Every local-app build published while the membership was paid continues to run on your devices after you cancel, without a server, without expiry. Builds published after your last paid period require a live membership again. Lven Cloud is not covered — it runs on our servers and stops with the subscription.

A refund or chargeback revokes the licence.

All sales are final

The free trial is your chance to decide before paying. Because the software is delivered the moment you buy, checkout asks you to consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the 14-day withdrawal right for digital content ends when delivery begins; Paddle records that consent. After a paid charge, sales are final except where the law of your country requires otherwise — there are no automated refunds.
