These terms cover your use of ClassEve software and services. By creating an account, buying a plan, or using a ClassEve product, you agree to them.
ClassEve offers paid software, free utilities, and clearly labeled private tests and research. Each product page states its current status, platforms, and known limits. Beta software can change or contain defects.
Keep your sign-in secure and let us know at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use. A consumer plan supports up to 5 active devices unless checkout says otherwise.
Don't resell or share an account, and don't use automation to get around a trial, quota, or device limit.
Eligible plans may offer a 3-day free trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, the plan converts to a paid subscription at the price shown at checkout.
Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Your checkout receipt and dashboard are the authoritative source for your renewal date. A promotional price applies for the number of billing periods stated at checkout; after that the plan renews at the regular price shown on the pricing page when you bought.
Purchases are processed by our payment partner, Paddle.com Market Ltd, acting as Merchant of Record. Paddle is the seller on your receipt, calculates and remits any applicable tax, and shows every charge and date before you confirm. Card details are handled by Paddle and are never held by ClassEve.
We offer a free trial so you can evaluate the product before you pay. Because the software is delivered the moment you buy, checkout asks you to consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the 14-day withdrawal right for digital content ends when delivery begins. After a paid charge, sales are final except where the law of your country requires otherwise; there are no automated refunds.
If you were charged by genuine accident, email [email protected] and we'll look at it and resolve it manually, case by case.
Don't use ClassEve unlawfully, don't interfere with or overload it, and don't use an automation feature to reach systems, accounts, or data you're not authorized to control.
You're responsible for reviewing automated actions before they run, and for the rules of any app you point a ClassEve product at. We may suspend access to stop abuse or protect users.
Software is provided as is. Don't rely on a ClassEve product as the only control for safety-critical, medical, legal, financial, or irreversible activity.
To the extent the law allows, ClassEve isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for a product is limited to what you paid for it.
Once a membership has run for two months (one month on Premium), each local app downloads a signed offline licence. Every local-app build published while the membership was paid continues to run on your devices after you cancel, without expiry. Builds published after your last paid period need a live membership. Lven Cloud runs on our servers and is not covered. A refund or chargeback revokes the licence.
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, where our team is based. If you are a consumer, you also keep every protection given by the mandatory law of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country as well as in Spain.
Your purchase contract is with Paddle.com Market Ltd under Paddle's buyer terms; those terms govern payment, tax, invoicing and payment-related refunds.
