Can I pay immediately instead of starting a trial?
Yes. Use the “Pay immediately” option above the plans — your card is charged today and your subscription begins instantly with no trial period.
How does the free trial work?
Eligible new customers can choose a 3-day trial on a standard recurring plan. Checkout collects a payment method and shows the exact trial end and first-charge date; cancel before the displayed cutoff to avoid that charge. If the account is ineligible, checkout is limited to the pay-immediately path.
Does a Cloud subscription include Lven Instant?
A Lven Cloud subscription covers Lven Cloud only. The Membership tier does not include Cloud; the Premium membership does, with no separate Cloud subscription. To get Lven Instant (on-device), subscribe at /membership.
Can I switch plans?
The dashboard shows the changes available for the current subscription. Any immediate proration or next-renewal effective date is calculated and shown before the change is confirmed. If a cross-product change is unavailable, cancel the current renewal and start the other product separately.
Does one Cloud subscription cover all my devices?
One Lven Cloud subscription covers up to 5 active devices across Windows, Linux, and Android. You can review and revoke devices in your dashboard, with no per-device fee inside that limit. Lven Instant is not included.
Who processes my payment?
The sale is processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record and authorized reseller. Paddle is the seller of record, issues the receipt, calculates applicable tax, and handles payment-related refunds. ClassEve licenses and supports the product under our terms.
